How to request a refund

2. Include the course name and the email address you used to buy it.
3. We will confirm your request and process the refund to your original payment method.

Good to know

• Once a refund is processed, your access to the course ends.
• After a refund is issued, it can take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
• Requests made after 14 days, or after more than 30% of the course has been completed, are not eligible.
